Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I purchased both the small and the medium size bowl for my cats. They are easy to clean, quality stainless steel, and the right size for my pets. While I normally purchase from Amazon.COM, there is more flexibility to purchase directly from Basis Pet. They provide very good customer service and stand behind their product. By the way, they are made in the U.S.A. and are so stamped on the bottom of the bowls. You can't go wrong with these bowls

i ordered 2 bowls and the 2 bowl holder I love the holder, it goes together so easily and is nicely elevated i like the quality of the bowls and am pleased by this company's efforts to be sure the quality is not just good but great. They understand how we feel about our pets.

My dad found your website when we were looking for American made dog bowls, which we thought we weren't going to find. We ordered a set of small & medium bowls. They shipped quickly & I absolutely love the way they look. Overall, an awesome product & a great way to support American companies/workers!

We initially ordered the 2-pk medium size dog bowls. They were individually wrapped and packaged to avoid damage during shipping. There was a personal letter from the owner thanking us for our purchase as well as care instructions for the bowls. We were very happy with the quality and weight of the bowls. Though the bowls were great we did however have to exchange them for a smaller size as they were just a little to big for our dogs. We emailed Basis Pet on Sunday evening and were surprised that we got an email that night from Mike, the owner. He emailed us a prepaid shipping label to mail the medium size bowls back and stated that the smaller bowls would be mailed out to us the next day. Twelve days later we still hadn't received the bowls so we emailed Mike to check on the status of our order. He emailed us back apologizing that the small bowls had not been shipped out as promised. He stated that he refunded us the full price of the returned bowls and will not charge us for the new bowls he is sending out on Monday. We could not be happier with the quality of the bowls and superior customer service we received from the owner of Basis Pet. We would highly recommend this company.

Stainless steel bowl is perfect. Basis pet shipped right away - and bowl arrived very quickly. Dogs love the bowl!

My pup's health and well-being are important. My strategy for her includes never buying anything made in China. I needed some new stainless bowls, but they're now made in China as well. So, I searched online and found USA-made bowls with these folks. They'll be my go-to source from now on!

We purchased bowls and a stand, and while our puppy is still a little too small to be using them, both are very attractive and seem well made and definitely a cut above the average dog bowl. We look forward to using them soon.

The items I ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. The bowls are great and the stand is very solid. My dog was always slopping water and the stand prevents the water from getting all over the floor. Great product!
