I ordered on line 3 different body mists. They were awful! Jasmine smelled like mothballs, Japanese cherry blossom smelled like alcohol and leaves behind red residue. I am done with BBW. Overpriced, poor quality.

I have been a store customer for many years and an online customer for a few. I consider the products I buy to be a bit of a splurge or personal treat. I could get the same quality of soaps and other products for a lot less elsewhere. I would shop at B&BW because when I washed my hands with their soap I loved the strength of their aromas. I recently bought some foaming hand soaps and one had a totally unfamiliar store name on the label. That wasn't a problem, just a little confusing. What was a problem is you can barely smell the Fresh Apple Tart foaming hand soap. I can get that quality at Walmart for 1/3 the price. Based on other reviews and this experience I will be shopping at other sites for less money for the same product quality available at Bath and Body Works.

Got advertise today with a 20% coupon plus a free $7.00 gift-after many attempts non of them work and the due date is 10/4/20. False advertisement.

The prices are way too high and they changed to poorer quality. They have done this many times. Price goes up quality goes down and this is most likely the ceo’s fault they think customers don’t notice but they do

I bought two types of items and got 6 to get one free for each type of item because that is what is posted on your site. Get 3 and 1 is free. Your promotion is not clear and instead of getting one free for each type of item, what you gave is the cheapest that came out I spent more instead saving.

Bad experienced., me and my friends ordered, however our excitement turns into headaches. Their statement for their promotions are not clear and visible enough for the customers to understand. Long story short. We want refund. And we will no longer order here anymore.

Below, I was upset with Bath and Bodywork. They had corrected the error and sent me a refund. The Bath & Body Work Online Store is the worst. Delivered to me in a flimsy box were a number of busted up bottles of hand soap. I had the box of product returned and three weeks later after the box had been returned and received, I have not received any refund. I am so upset with Bath & Body Works, I think my shopping days with them are over. Online Buyer, please trust me and do not purchase online. Terrible customer service--they are like robots "Sorry for this, we will look into it." "So sorry, we see you should have a refund, but something went wrong with out system." "Oh, my goodness, this has been a mess for you, we are so sorry, your refund will be credited back into your account." They are the worst online store and I can tell you they will not last.
