Have made two orders with BatteryMart.com and both times the products have either met or exceeded expectations. Product shipping and packaging was great and definitely recommend doing business with this company.

I never got my batteries
I never got my batteries. I have no clue why. I did pay. Update: customer service promptly responded and my goods are delivered. My order came from Hong Kong.

Hi John. We're sorry for the delay you have experienced with your order. Reviewing the tracking, it looks like it was delivered for you today! Hopefully, you received our email on 09/24/25 to alert you that your order would be shipping from the manufacturer and may take 2-3 weeks, as they only had available inventory in their Hong Kong warehouse. If there is anything we can do to assist, please give us a call at 800-405-2121 (Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm ET) or email us at [email protected].
