I purchase a motorcycle battery in October 2024. On 02/23/2024, I attempted to start the bike. Battery was dead, even on a maintenance charger. I took the battery to Autozone for testing. The charge was so low, they could not test it. Advised I try to charge it. I charged it for 12 hours and took it back. The battery tests bad. I have a photo of the battery attached to the tester showing the battery is bad. BatteryMart wants me to send the battery to them for testing. Once they verify it's bad, I can get a new battery for 33.00. Of course, I have to pay for shipping. Not worth it. This was my third battery purchased from them. I won't buy another. Update: The general manager of BatteryMart reached out to me concerning this issue. He was more than fair in resolving the situation. I could not have asked for a better resolution. First class customer service. Thanks, BatteryMart.

Decent price and availability compared to all other sources. A bit slow with tracking data but item arrived earlier than what the tracking projected (once they did send me the information).
