Negative stars if possible. Im a previous esports competitor for halo. Won't drop my name due to potential reporcussions. My son loves his FPS games, he loves playing Apex, BF, halo online. When I was competing BattleBeaverCustoms were the go to company for competitors. Quality work with top of the line controllers. After my son received his controller he was so excited for. I was surprised to see that same quality I used as a competitor was not present on their controllers they sell to customer's. Grinding issue on both sticks due to a misaligned spring, 2 face buttons stopped working after 1 day of play. These issues would have been addressed and fixed right away during my time competing. If you're a regular gamer then you're looking at multiple months turn around till you can get anything fixed. Basically, this company puts all their focus into delivering the top quality for the people they sponser but will deliver on less than 1% of that quality to the regular customer. Been noticing some malicious marketing tactics from some of battlebeaver custom's sponsered players in the CDL recently so I thought it best to let people know of my experience with them.

Absolutely joke, I’ve paid 35£for the fast delivery to get 2TMR modules in 4 days but it has been 10 days and I haven’t heard from them i’ve tried to contact them twice via email, but they have not even response my Emails yet

I ordered a controller months a go and I still haven't gotten it. They have a 6-8 week build time for custom controllers but your money is taken right away smfh. Now my controller is delayed and a week later no update. PLEASE don't order from this company, terrible business.

Controller build times are absolutely abysmal, ordered a controller in march it is now a day away from may and my controller still has yet to even ship. Will not buy from this company again

Bought a Dualsense Edge TMR Module from them. They did NOT calibrate it correctly and its center is offset by quite a bit. It doesn’t fall under warranty because of some BS system they got so i’m supposed to try and calibrate it myself and somehow find a software that they didn’t link me that will “unlock” it so my new calibration will save which is difficult from what I can see. Very bad experience, waste of $70 when I could’ve just bought 3 stock modules.

I ordered a custom controller from Battle Beaver in June 2025. Unfortunately, I never received the order. According to the tracking information, the package was returned and the delivery was never completed. I contacted customer support multiple times asking for a refund, but the only response I received was an offer for a 50% discount code instead of a proper resolution. After many months, the issue is still unresolved and I am still waiting for a refund for an order that was never delivered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Where to start... firstly I waited 6-weeks with no communication after purchasing, I then reached out to cancel my order as I had been reading the reviews in the meantime & didn't want to wait any longer for a poor quality product. Suddenly after no contact & after I emailed to request cancellation, my controller was miraculously shipped! Funny that!! As soon as it arrived I knew from the second I picked it up that something was wrong, as the buttons were all loose and something was rattling around inside - it turns out the X button was broken. I now have to return the controller & they obviously don't cover the shipping costs, so I am now out of pocket of a further £20 (having already paid this for shipping initially, as I'm based in UK) and they also have the cheek to try and charge a 15% 'restocking fee', even though they sent me a broken controller!! Absolute cowboys, this company will be dissolved within 2 years max.
