Ordered a part made of steel. They sent the aluminum version which is cheaper. No response to inquiries on how to fix the issue.

Only because somehow I realized that ordered the wrong size by accident even when from the very very beginning I was looking 10x12 but no one reply to my email about returning them. I also went ahead and ordered again 10x12 but no word on my return for the previous order.

I placed an order on Feb 10th and it said it was in stock but when it hadn't shipped by the 28th I canceled the order. Maybe I'll try again some other time.

Got 80% of What I paid for, 5 year shelf yet product is over 1 year old! Otherwise looks good.

Ceramic plates were shipped in a cardboard box with a single layer of bubble wrap between them. If the box had been dropped or otherwise damaged in shipping, the plates would have probably been damaged. The plates seemed ok as a product though.

Website interface is great. Description of products are okay. I've ordered from them one time and that first time was botched. I ordered 4 plates. I instead was delivered 2 plates and 1 plate carrier. Not what ordered. Although they were very prompt in finding a solution to my issue. This should not happen at all. Especially when they boast serving the military and first responders. They should hold themselves to higher standard than what I witnessed. Overall not bad. Good products but the mistake in logistics left a sour note in my opinion.
