We needed to set up a medical alert system for my mother in law. Chablis at Bay Alarm Medical was super helpful in setting up our account. We had to update some information shortly after the initial setup and Shika continued the excellent service from Bay Alarm Medical.

Bay Alarm Medical provides reliable equipment, and timely service when I push the call button on my medical alert device or call them for account help. I needed to change my lock box code recently and couldn't see how to do that online. The customer service rep who took my call was very thorough, making sure she understood my issue and double checking to see that the fix she applied was accurate. I've tried other companies in the past and I'm staying with this one.

Previous No-pressure sales, currently excellent customer service. Future: Thank God I have not had an emergency.

I’ve had a few interactions with this provider and only a couple of minor issues, easily resolved. Customer service is quick, courteous and helpful and I can recommend that. The equipment appears solid and reliable. I have yet to need the emergency response so I can’t evaluate that, and hopefully it won’t be necessary either! Overall this feels like a solid choice for an emergency service provider. My last contact today was with a CS representative who was friendly and able to answer my questions, I can recommend her too.

Spoke with Maya for some time today getting things transferred from my landline connection to a Wifi one. While at times I was not sure she understood what I was trying to explain, we eventually did complete the process and now I feel safely covered once again with Bay Alarm Medical.

It was a quick resolution as during the call I found out the necklace was still attached to the device and that was the issue. It was checked and working fine.
