Quick, accurate, very helpful, great service.

They are what I would call a "Carlsberg" company. Probably the best customer service for response I have had in a long time. I researched and decided this e-sim would suit my needs. I went through the process of buying but when I went to install I realised my Samsung phone would not accept it so I emailed explained my problem and asked for possible refund. Within 10 minutes an email from Asya and my credit was in progress. When I update my phone I will certainly install a Bcengi e-sim.

Works like a charm Got the ad from Facebook, and since I don't trust anything from Facebook, I checked trustpilot. After seeing the reviews I decided to go for it. Installed in seconds, and works perfectly so far. Thanks trustpilot community!

The Bcengi customer service is super nice and has great knowedge on her job in answering and helping customers like me. My phone was stolen in Rome and when I chat with the Customer Service ID as Asya she immediately sent a new QR Code so I can use Bcengi service on the other phone and deactivate the esim from the stolen phone. thanks a lot Asya. I have been traveling around Europe, and since I didn't settle down in any one place for long, I used Bcengi for the internet that I needed to make reservations, use maps, and keep in contact with people. I turned off the auto-refill and wasn't monitoring my usage. Suddenly, I was out of my allotment. I found a way back on, but accidentally added $25 twice. I contacted Bcengi customer service, and Aliaksandra was able to refund the second charge with no hassle. Bcengi might not be the cheapest, but I would recommend them!
