I ordered two cruisers, they were delivered promptly within 2 days and had all the parts and information readily available to put them together. We were on the trail within a couple of hours lovin our new bikes. The experience was awesome from order to delivery to our first ride. Well done beach bikes! I have referred everyone I know in need of a bike!

Great bikes. Somewhat complicated to put together. I did the single speed myself with no issues in a couple hours. I started my husbands 7 speed & had a few issues that he will tend to when he arrives back home from overseas. I had hoped when I ordered to have at least his bike if not both when he last visited, and expressed my hopes with the customer service, but each email fell on deaf ears it seemed. I was even willing to pay extra to expedite the shipping but no luck. Anyways, once assembled, rides nicely & I do recommend tightening everything after your first SHORT ride. Overall love my bike.

Bought the Bella Classic for my daughter. She loves it! Rides it daily. Added the removable basket and bell. Great options. She helped me assemble the bike. We followed the step by step instructions and assembled the bike in less than an hour. Thinking of getting one of these bikes for my wife as it’s a great bike and easy to ride.

Love the easy and helpful process in ordering, delivery, and ultimately the quality of my new bike. The only problem I experienced in the process was that the touch up paint was packaged in the same bag that the Allen wrench, reflectors , etc. the paint container broke , or the lid came off thru the delivery process .
