I am updating this review, as Beach Bikes (specifically Rico, the brick and mortar store manager), has made good on any issue I have had by offering me a full refund. The bike is very nice, and comes just as it looks in the customized view. My only note at this time is just that I think that the phone lines at Beach Bikes (the online portion of it) need to be updated. I will definitely be leaving a separate review for the actually store in Torrance, as it is managed excellently.

Bike arrived with minor damage and no response from beachbikes. I had to repair. Order the basics, anything more seems to be a hassle. Engineer never tried to contact me. I like the cruiser.

got a bike that wasn't for me. they took it back (no charge to me for shipping). i picked a different one and they sent it out that day. very very happy. they back up what they say!

Beachbikes provide great customer service! The website is well organized and helpful with the bodyfit. I bought my bike and chose store-pickup, and when I went to check out the place, I was greeted and helped very professionally. I will be back again 👍👍
