Great bike, great price, delivered in great shape, easy build.

Good customer service. When there was an ordering mix up they were right on top of the issue and communicated well so I knew what to expect. I didn't mind the wait because the team was so proactive and responsive in their communication. Love the bike!

Good follow up service. When my bike arrived it had a warped front wheel (from the factory) Beachbikes told me to take it to a local bike shop and have them straighten the wheel, and submit the bill to them for reimbursement. Everything went smoothly, and I have been enjoying my cruiser ever since!

My bike came with a tiny dent in the front fender and they sent me a new fender within days. Excellent customer service!

We LOVE our bikes!

I don't get the impression they stand behind their bikes. I had a broken pedal, emailed asking about a replacement, or even just the size of the fitting, so I could replace and got no response. Its been over a year and I have heard nothing.

I ordered my new beach cruiser on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday!!!! Color is just what I wanted. Love this bike! Will probably order one for my daughter as well.
