The CSR team has helped me twice, now. Under the Barista's Choice program, sometimes the picks don't jive well with our preferences. CSR dutifully allows for replacement beans, of my choice. No stress!

Since being subscribed to beanz there have been a few teething issues, I have a bambino plus, and some grinds are too fine, and sometimes I’ve received actual beans instead of ground coffee. But the effort to make things right is right up there and why I’ll continue to use them. I have to give them 5 starts, yes, you could say it would be better not to have those issues so that would be 5. But now I know what happens if something does go wrong, they fix it, and fix it well, fast and fair.
