Really good service and excellent coffee. So pleased we bought our new Sage machine and were told about this company. It's a great idea and we're very happy to have the freshest of coffee beans delivered to our home every week.

Had a problem with the roaster sending Beans rather than ground coffee. It happens several times but Customer Service were all over it, and did everything she could to get the problem sorted and kept me informed . Thank you Lerato

I regularly buy beans from Beanz, love the choice and convenience. Always fast delivery and always freshly roasted. Had a small problem with one delivery (missing a bag of beans) so contacted the team who resolved it quickly and were really helpful. Top marks!
