I ordered 3 bags of these gummies first week of May. I knew they were a preorder but I wasn’t skeptical about because I had previously ordered one bag from the company a year earlier. Waited, waited, waited. Saw their website said it was back in stock but nothing from the company. I emailed 3 different email addresses and tried to cancel order but no response. Finally filed a charge back on my credit card then 2 weeks later got my package in the mail even though I didn’t get any shipping notification or tracking number. Never ordering from them again. Beware!

Do not order!! This company has a reputation of STEALING people's money and not delivering their product. Ordered mid June and no shipping info or response to emails. A dispute has been filed with PayPal. Update: Bearbalance finally delivered their product a full month after order. I absolutely believe that they would not have completed the transaction if I had not filed a case with PayPal. Prior to the case they would not respond to emails regarding delivery. A customer should not have to jump through hoops to get a product they have already purchased. Bear Balance definitely needs to show some company responsibility. Update on the update: bear balance wanted this review taken down. I simply supplied Trust pilot with documents showing date of purchase, attempted email correspondence, and dispute case filed with PayPal. Nothing in my review is false or embellished.

I bought from bear balanced back in December 2022 order # 2014212. They were responsive at first when relaying their inability to manufacture and supply all of their new orders. Almost 8 months later they don't respond to emails and they still haven't shipped my product. This company is a fraud and I would tell anyone to steer clear.

Stole my money. Ordered in December now July and never received a refund despite repeated requests over the last 6 months. Company is a complete scam. Sent me fake routing number back in January that still shows the shipment “waiting in Daytona Beach” just as it has from the start. Order #2015100

I ordered from Bear Balanced on April 25, 2023. Today is June 23, 2023 and never received my order. They had no issues charging my credit card though. I even asked for a refund in May three weeks after my original placement of the order. Not a single response. Found a similar product that works great. Will never recommend this company to anyone after this experience.

I ordered this product after trying a competitor (Swoly). I liked Swoly but figured i would try both to see what i liked better. I ordered 2020859 in early May and despite multiple attempts to contact them, order has not been shipped and no response. They sure did charge my card though, would avoid and go with Swoly (prompt delivery and great tasting and effective product).

Ordered Feb 2nd. Never received the product. Was e-mailed that they had a delay in product production back in Feb. So I opted to stick with it. However, never received an update since. One star rating for now until I can try the product that I purchased... ORDER 2019091

Final update- July 10 I received my two packages today (ordered towards end of May). The packaging appears “legit” and the box was nice. It didn’t look like it was made in someone’s living room. I was afraid to try them quite frankly because this has been such a disaster, but I did. The flavor has a blueberry tang but it’s not like a gummy you would eat for funsies. I have no idea if it will be effective or not but felt I needed to share that I did receive the product finally though customer service and the wait time were completely ridiculous. I submitted my order on May 21st. it cleared my bank account, but no shipping update. As with everyone else I reached out to the company multiple times. Ignored my emails til I followed up, was told it would ship on June 7th. It did not. I followed up again and again… they said it would ship the next time they send orders out. I got a shipping notification on 6/13 but when I look at the USPS info it says as of 6/15 USPS is awaiting the item to ship. So it’s the same old run around that everyone else is getting. If there are delays or lack of product supply they should just be honest, but they are not. I don’t recommend buying from them. It’s not worth losing your money. Don’t believe these 5 star reviews, it’s obviously the company trying to inflate ratings for every negative real review they receive to keep people thinking well maybe those people did receive the product. I’ve asked for a refund twice at this point since my order still hasn’t shipped as of 6/26, but no response. Update 6/30: per my complaint to BBB: Thank you for contacting your Better Business Bureau (BBB) to assist you in resolving your complaint. Our records indicate this company is out of business. Either the company's mail has been returned with no forwarding address or the company has confirmed it is out of business. Unfortunately, this means that BBB will be unable to assist you in resolving your dispute. Do not give them money.
