Do not buy anything from this company. Adverts look great and you receive absolute crap. What you get isn’t even worth a few pounds. You have been warned to stay away from this company they are scammers.

SCAM of a company! I ordered my advent calendar on the 2nd of November and received on the 31st of December! It was nothing like advertised so cheap for a $40 advent calendar. I requested a refund halfway through December as the product was useless by then but was refused. And when pushed after reviewing the terrible quality of the product, they offered me only $5 of compensation. Scam of a company and will never use again

My order did not arrive. I'm waiting for my money to be reimbursed. Parcel tracking is a fake.

If I could do no stars I would. Ordered horse advent calendar early Nov. Didn’t arrive, opened dispute. It has arrived today and what a load of tat. Headcollar should be cob size, it’s tiny and wouldn’t fit a foal. Nothing in it is useful or useable. What a scam!!!!!

I ordered a horse advent calendar for my daughter on the 3rd of November thinking this would be plenty of time for it to arrive for the start of December. How wrong was I!! I have emailed support multiple times and just keep being told to be patient. I have asked for a refund twice now and they wont issue me one. It has now been 2 months since I ordered this, how long do I have to be patient for an advent calendar that is no longer useful as Christmas has now passed. Would Never order from here again!!

Ordered a horse advent calender on 3rd November 2024. Arrived eventually after opening a paypal dispute on 27th December! Complete scam of a company! And PayPal seem to be in cahoots with this company as have been no use at all! The calender that did actually arrive eventually was nothing and I mean nothing like the original advertised! Quarter of the size and full of cheap copies of the originally advertised calender! Even has a packet of horse shoe nails! What are you supposed to do with those! Steer clear of this company! A complete scam!
