Being that it was my first time purchasing through BeautyLIV and because I’ve not heard of this online store, to be honest, I was skeptical. I came here on Trustpilot to do a little background on the company & I felt secure that it was a legit place to shop. So, I decided to give them a chance & I’m glad I did! They have a great selection to choose from - celebrity to designers to high end niche brands…all guaranteed to be authentic! They also have a large selection of beauty products. Best of all, they have THE BEST online prices when it comes to fragrances. I literally received my very secured (& most importantly - AUTHENTIC) items, within that week. I most definitely will purchase from BeautyLIV in the very near future! 😊

I was skeptical on ordering from this site but decided to do a little quick research and turns out the site is legit... The prices are really reasonable and I even found some of the items are cheaper than other sites. However, my only problem is when reaching out to customer service. There's no phone number to talk to an actual representative and when emailing customer support I never got a response back... Other than that I'm really pleased with my purchase.

They listed a fragrance for $161. I bought the fragrance only to receive an email saying that the fragrance was out of stock. I responded saying that they can ship it when it comes in stock or send me the smaller size bottle. They refused and told me they can only refund. They would not consider issuing a coupon or one time discount code. Very unhappy with this website.

Dear Andrew, A glitch occurred in our system last week and it caused that item's size to be in stock. While we were fixing the bugs in our system, you placed an order. Right after that, we explained to you the situation and said that "We can't fulfill this order since it is actually out of stock and we have issued a full refund to your credit card." When you responded back to us, we said that "Since your refund has already been applied, we can't take this action back. If you are still interested, please place a new order." Again, we apologize for the inconvenience Thank you for your understanding BeautyLIV

I have been purchasing Creed Original Vetiver for over 10 years, so I absolutely know what it smells like and, more importantly and specifically, how long it lasts; which has always been a very long time…sometimes for days. The bottle I bought from BeautyLIV.com certainly smells right, and I cannot say anything about that, as it seems to be (mostly) genuine, however, I do believe it was adulterated; likely with alcohol to dilute the product. Yeah, it was a good price, but I will never again buy anything from BeautyLIV.com. And neither should you.
