Scam so not bye off this company they take your money and send nothing in return

Die Ware ist niemals angekommen und trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung haben sie das Geld nie zurückübwiesen. Hände weg!!!

I ordered several dresses from bebehanna.com and it took a long time to get them delivered. In the end, not everything I ordered was delivered. Two of the items delivered did not match the size of my order. One thing of terrible quality made of polyester, although the website says it is 100% cotton. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to claim a refund for the undelivered item and get a retern label for the clothes that do not match my order. Customer service is ignoring my questions for a refund. I have contacted my bank and initiated a dispute.

I ordered two clothes and they only sent me one! And it was the cheapest of course! Unfortunately I can't upload any photos, otherwise my review would include proofs as well!

Assolutamente sconsigliata! Ti arriva una cosa per un altra. Siete disonesti.

Ich habe zu spät die Bewertungen gesehen und leider doch für knapp 80 Euro 4 Kleider bestellt. Die Baumwollkleider mit Stickereien sehen toll aus, zu Qualität und Passform kann ich noch nichts sagen. Eines der Kleider ist nicht mehr lieferbar wurde mir per Email mitgeteilt, habe noch keine Rückmeldung bezüglich der Kostenerstattung. Ein weiteres Kleid für ca. 20 Euro war bei der Lieferung nicht dabei sollte aber eigentlich in dem Paket sein. Derzeit warte ich also noch auf knapp 40 Euro Rückerstattung die ich ansonsten zuviel bezahlt habe.

Do not trust them. The delivery was not complete without notification. The refund for missing item not received for more than 4 months with "stories" about broken financial system, etc. They are scammers!

Solo ha llegado una parte del pedido (2 vestidos de 3) y consta como completo en mi cuenta. Uno de los vestidos que sí ha llegado no se corresponde EN CASI NADA con el de la foto de compra. El vestido que sí se parece (más) al que había pedido, es de una calidad horrible y le faltan la mitad de los detalles y apliques que salían en la imagen de la tienda. Esperaba menos calidad, claro. Pero esto es directamente un engaño.
