We are so glad you got it! It can take up to 5 business days to ship an order. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over shipping.

First the bad: went to pick up my order and the office was closed without notice. It wasn’t a short drive and I was upset. The good: after emailing the company, they said they would ship the order and refund $25 of my order to make up for the inconvenience. They did ship the order and it got to me quickly. They did not refund the $25. The beddys I ordered is beautiful and I love it.

The set we got are great for our triple bunkbed! Our matress being on the thinner side causes the sheet to be a little bulky.

Thank you for your feedback. Beddy's Sets will fit most mattresses up to 15" for Twins/Fulls/Queens, and up to 18" for Kings. Anything under 8" will still look nice but may fit loosely and some zipper functionality may be lost. Using mattress clips can help keep it more taut if that is something you would like to try.

Limited pick up hours. Waiting in empty entrance for awhile before flagging someone down to help me.

We absolutely love the bedding and the way it looks my only complaint is that we have 3 Australian Cattle Dogs 2 of which love to sleep in our bed. Within one week they were able to tear two thankfully small holes in the bedding. I understand this happens and I wasn’t necessarily upset. I just wish that if I’m spending this much on bedding it would be a little more durable. Everything else was great!

We appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience. We work hard to make quality products that will last. We absolutely get it - your furry friends are an important part of your family. However, it's important to remember that bedding is made of fabric, and we all know how adventurous our furry pals can be. So, for the longest lifespan possible, we do caution against letting your adorable furballs frolic on them.

Love this product so much that I bought two. The prices are steep but overall, I am happy.

Don’t forget you get all of your bedding in one! You’re replacing sheets, blankets, comforter, pillow cases and sham AND you're getting the function of a zipper. The bedding basically makes itself! We have awesome sales all the time to try to help with the price. We are thankful for your feedback and for your orders!!

I love the bedding. I ordered 4 twin sets. However after I washed them before putting them on my beds, one set has already started to fray at the corner. That was disappointing considering the cost. But the other 3 look great.

I dont like the outer fabric. It is wrinkly and everything sticks to it. It fits the bed poorly. It is easy to zip up. Is very warm and comfy.
