The pillows themselves are very good, but when trying to reach a representative about an exchange or a refund it took me three weeks to have someone finally get back to me. Disappointed in the customer service.

Bought my first 'expensive' mattress set. The warranty coverage this product provides is worth the price to protect your investment. You can hear a bit of the waterproof material but it is muffled with regular sheets and comforters. Been two weeks and have no issues with the fitting or any crinkly sound you would expect from a waterproof covering.

I love my Bedgear pillow. I first slept on one on an overnight visit at my sister's home. I was hooked, and had to have one, so I went online and ordered up! Great customer service and just plain and simply put, nice people.

I was told I would be contacted in a day or two, and never received a phone call or e-mail. I repeatedly tried to call and even left a few messages for a status on the position with no one having the respect to return my calls.

a Great mattress cover, much better than previous brands I have had. Wicks away moisture, keeping the bed comfortable year round! No complaints so far!
