I received my ear buds in July, one stopped working the other one made loud feedback sound when I turned my head. Returned after a couple of weeks, waited for refund, but never came. Called they said no problem. Have Called at least 2 times a month same answer. Checks in the mail. BS now the phone disconnects, WTF kind of company is it??? PO💩

I bought these for my mother for Christmas. They were too big for her ears and not what she wanted. And actually they weren't what I thought I was ordering either. The promo video showed a much smaller hearing aid/amplifier. I contacted the company and of course they tried to up sell the ones in the video for just $50 more. I said no thanks and got the info to mail them back. They were returned to me several weeks later saying "return to sender/unclaimed/unable to forward." I tried reaching out to the same email thread and have never heard from them. So, now I'm stuck with a $100 pair of hearing aids. As with all the other reviews, the customer service is crap and you can NOT return as promised. I don't even know if they are even a decent hearing aid, because I don't want to try them, because then they are "used." Bottom line, NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company promises a refund if product is not what you need. It did not work for me. I returned EVERYTHING as instructed. Sent receipts etc. Sent numerous emails since Sept. 2025. I get promises(haha) of my refund will be coming. It's now March 2026 and I don't even receive emails. Worse company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I too was evidently scammed out of my money. I actually purchased them quite awhile ago, but just started trying to get instructions- there were none in the box. I did call them awhile back saying I wanted a refund of $79.00 plus 9.00 shipping and handling . They said oh you have time to try them and see if you like them . Well I fell for that one . Then I just put them aside . Today I got them out and got on the website , which says the store is closed and there was no other information but a phone number which was out of service . So I realized they were just con artists and closed up shop. I just read the reviews. I wish I had checked them earlier - no one had anything nice to say about them . I agree sadly .

Ordered in November and was very disappointed with them the quality was terrible. Emailed for return information and sent them back. Emailed them every week,then every day and never got a response. Today 2/17 they were returned. Tracked them with USPS tracking number and they refused them and sent them back. I’m out $79 dollars. $70 for hearing aids and $9 for shipping. Now they not answering their phone

I sent bad hearing aids back and payed 50 dollars more to upgrade them . Since then been over a month no reply won’t answer my calls I have ups tracking that they received my aids and cashed 50 dollars upgrade but refused to take my calls. They have stolen my money and the BBB needs to shut this scam down what a shame to do this to seniors
