I had a great experience with Belle Flame in the purchase and delivery of my new wood stove insert. I am here in New England, the stove was shipped here on time and in excellent form. I shopped around for the unit, got the best price from Belle and the service was outstanding! The Unit is being installed next week. I can hardly wait.

I ordered an Empire propane wall heater on 2/3/25 Many many delays and excuses later, it is now 3/3/25 and they still cannot say a date for shipping. Went with a more reputable company. Do not recommend

Great experience with Belleflame. We purchased the ZC51 Cabinet with the model 74 buckstove. It was delivered within the 12 day window that they advertise even though we had inclement weather in my local area. The stove is fantastic. It heats our entire home. Even the back parts of the house.

It was worth the wait! My new gas fireplace arrived from a reputable transfer company and it couldn’t have been packed any better! My only complaint is I wish the communication was a little better It took a total of 3 weeks from the date I ordered it.
