Ordered a Woodstove Hearth on August 13th 2023 it’s October 3rd now! Item was supposed to be in stock and shipped within a week. I have sent multiple emails to them with zero responses, I spent just under a 1000.00 dollars on Hearth. Contacted my credit card company to dispute since I can’t talk to anyone there! Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!

Prior to purchase the company was called and I was told that all items were in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. 30 days later no product delivered, no return email, no return calls after leaving several messages. 60 days later I still haven't received all the product ordered. This sales office is not honest with customers nor do they respond timely to their customers. I will not order from this company again!

I bought a heater from them for my 5th wheel. Website said free shipping and free returns. The item came and was too big for my space. I contacted Lionel for the return authorization, which took almost a month to get. He never returned any of my calls. On the website it says not to return anything until sent a return label. Lionel told me via chat to send it back and we would discuss reimbursement for shipping once he'd received the heater. I knew that was a lie but he had me over a barrel with a $380 heater. Its cost me $108 to return it!! And of course once he received it he said no to reimbursing the shipping. I'm all for shopping with small business but after this experience I gave my money to Jeff Bezos for the right sized heater. Totally untrustworthy and a scam.

Item was broken when received, called emailed for months for a refund or new part with I’m still with neither.
