I love the way it fits my living room. It makes it look soo cozy. The material is very good very good quality.

I have emailed the company 3 times regarding a return because they don't fit in my home, I was asked my order # and I responded immediately, its now been over a week and I haven't heard back, even after my additional emails to follow up. My rating is based all on customer service, not the product.

When our sideboard arrived, we inspected all of the pieces to make sure everything was included and in good condition. During the inspection, we noticed that one of the back panels had two cracks, most likely caused during shipping. We contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, and they were extremely polite and apologetic about the damaged piece. They came up with a solution very quickly and shipped us a replacement within just a couple of days. We were very impressed with how quickly and professionally Belleze handled the situation. Things can occasionally get damaged during shipping, but what really matters is how a company takes care of the customer afterward. We would definitely order from Belleze again!
