I took a chance as the reviews were mixed. It took a long time to receive the order but it did arrive and it was in good condition. The available tracking information was useful and pretty accurate. The hats were low quality material, a step or two above costume wear. They do not seem to be made to last. Especially for the price. My mistake came when accepting their sizing chart. I ordered the hats, according to their size chart, that normally fit me (I wear an xxl hat - 7 7/8 to 8). The hats came no where near properly fitting. They were, however, labeled the appropriate size. I ordered a bowler style (pictured as such on their site) only to have a hat delivered that was purposely creased on the crown rendering it more of a snap-brim fedora than a bowler. Their customer service, while responsive and kind, only offered me $8.00 USD as compensation. They said the hats had been delivered as ordered. A proffers solution was for me to give away the hats. They were not cheap. If you feel you can trust their sizing and are willing to over pay for the level of quality, these are the hats for you.

Hmmm??? What went wrong? I placed the order for one. I did the homework after I made the purchase. And I "hoped" my experience would be different. I would say that sums it up but if I had to narrow it down, I'd probably say the first thing was the problem. Ordering a hat from this company is what went wrong.

I bought a ranch fedora that looked great on the website. It was delivered in a plastic bag with just a plastic balloon in the center. Hat was crushed. I contacted seller and was told I’d be credited 4 dollars..lol. You would think they would package in hat boxes. Also, hat is very flimsy.

I guess you get what you pay for. I doubt the felt is genuine as they claim. Very thin and flimsy. Fit is undersized. Would not recommend at all.

I received the hat finally on December 30, 2024 after more than a month of waiting. It was not packaged to arrive in good condition, bent up, seemingly folded, one corner torn and liner side detached at the back of the hat. It's a hot mess and a rip off.

Bought my first hat from Belly Hat and first I want to say the overall look and quality is good. However, the hat came shipped in an unprotected plastic shipping bag. This led to the brim being malformed due to mishandling during shipping. If it didn't take so long to receive it (nearly a month) I might consider resolving this through Belly Hat. I'll just have to figure out how to reblock the brim myself or find a hat blocker.
