BEWARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
I ordered a mop. It was nice, but it was the small size and I paid for the large. There is absolutely no customer service. They don’t answer emails!! Don’t buy from the company!!!

Not physical books.
It was not made aware at any point that the books were not physical, and they even asked for a shipping address, but they did give a refund when requested via email.

They are located in the UK and their telephone number is not functional, however they did respond to my email immediately. Use their gmail address. Only digital books, not paperback as advertised. Refund issued immediately.
