My husband wanted the sweatshirt Thou shalt not pass. I ordered him and my daughter one for Christmas. I went against my better judgement and ordered him a medium. As I suspected it was small, so I requested to return it. I opted to just buy another one instead of waiting for an exchange. I used their return label with tracking but unfortunately my package never made it back to their building. I accidentally threw away the receipt with the tracking number. I had emailed several times to see if it arrived. Well I am out $65 and a sweatshirt and because I can’t prove I sent it back, they can’t do anything about it. I received an email today stating they would at least refund $15 and give me a $10 gift card, while it is a small portion at least they did soemthing. My sweatshirt is out in no man lands of the post office black hole of never being recovered, or maybe someone is who needed it is wearing it. I appreciate Beloved shirts at least giving me some kind of compensation since the Post office said nothing we can do about even though it was insured. Thank you for doing something.

Now I don't want to hate on anyone or company, but this is just taking it to the limit. The customer service is just plain bad, and before you guys tell me it's not let me explain. No updated status on my hoodie was already bad. They wouldn't let me know anything which was quite a worry. And even when I emailed them about the issue, I just got blank advertisements on new designs. So in all, not the type of thing I want to go through again. I gave 2 stars because the hoodie I ordered look pretty dank.

Hi Steven, I am sorry to see that you have left us a negative review and feel you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. I am not sure where we went wrong. Our customer service team responded to you within an hour of your first email, and within a reasonable timeframe after your second email which was at 6:09pm on Thursday, and then 3 more repeat emails within 24 hours by Friday afternoon. Our team responded to you on Monday during business hours. Is this bad customer service in your opinion? We are a small team so we do take 8-24 business hours to respond to all of the emails that come in. I have the full responses on file and I am not seeing any blank advertisements, so I am wondering if you were looking at marketing emails maybe that came to your inbox? You are welcome to opt out of those if you would like. Also, if you are unhappy with your order you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a refund. Our business model is made to order so all items are crafted after the order date - order date being day 0. We promise to ship the item to you within 5-10 business days. Your order was shipped on the 7th business day. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you and make your experience a happy one. All the best, Lynsey [email protected] (customer support email)

I purchased the Unicorn Cloud sweatshirt and to be honest I was disappointed. It looks nothing like a sweatshirt as it is 100% polyester; Throw some cotton in there. Product looks different from the picture on the website except for the graphic of course. (There are no ridges on the bottom of shirt or on the neck and no Beloved label tab on inside of shirt) It looks homemade, not professional at all. It's a shame because the graphic/print is pretty cool but what they decide to print it on leaves much to be desired. Looks like this will be relegated to sleepwear/lounge clothing. I wanted a sweatshirt and its looks more like a long-sleeve jersey... Oh well.

Hi Ivorene, I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. Would you like to return the item? The sweatshirts and hoodies we sell usually get raving reviews, people feel like they are soft and stretchy, and they have a fleece lining. Did your item not come like this? I am terribly confused. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our items we sell. I can assist you however you need. Please email us at [email protected] and copy and paste this review into the email, we will get you all taken care of! Best, Lynsey

I loved the clothing. I ordered three shirts. Two had to be made, while one was listed as "ready to ship". Pretty typical for this kind of business. So I put my order in November. Get the two shirts that had to be made. I get all the way to DEC 25 (many business days later) without ANY update which is the responsibility of the VENDOR, not the customer, to enact. So I send a message- they say: "Sorry, it was a mistake and we didn't notice." I get the shirt by December 31- over a month after it was ordered. This is very unprofessional and otherwise I would have been a return customer. I buy things based on information provided, and this really missed the mark.

Not one to let others people judgement alter how I think of a business that I’ve dealt with before but I’m starting to see a pattern here put a order in Sunday and had a couple of questions about my order but still no reply hopefully everything goes smooth would hate if my package ended up In Canada

Hi Ralph, I am sorry to hear you felt nervous about your order. Unfortunately, only certain situations come on here to leave reviews and its very rare for someone that had an amazing or happy experience with us to come on and leave a review due to the nature of this industry. We are a bit confused with why you left us a 3-star review though. You ordered your item on Sept 24th. We shipped your order on Sept 28th - for our 5-10 business day guarantee, we actually shipped it to you within 4 business days. In addition to this, it looks like you emailed us on the 26th and we responded within the same business day and you received another email in response to your second email only minutes after it was sent. I am not sure where we went wrong for you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you, and if you feel like your experience was positive after all we would SO appreciate it if you update your review with us. That would mean so much to us. :) Thank you and have a wonderful day!
