Are you kidding me? It's been six weeks since placing an order for two long sleeved shirts for the second time. I've emailed twice and filed a complaint with PayPal... What a shame your customer service is so awful because your products are really cute and well made! Wish I could give you a thumbs up, but lack of response gets your company two thumbs down. Boo.

Great Product and fast shipping

I was so happy with Beloved's products and service. Even though I live all the way out in Australia, I had my order in a very short amount of time and the quality of my sweater was fantastic. Will definitely buy again.

I absolutely love beloved shirts. I have ordered from them three times and even with a few hiccups with my first order (which was VERY early on in the company's life) I was very happy with the customer service and the product I received. I frequently recommend the website and wear the sweatshirts I bought all the time.

I've ordered from Beloved multiple times, and have never had a problem! Their products come when they say they will, they look just like how they are represented on the site, and they're good quality!

Great service, tracking number was really helpful (and it worked outside of US). Bit pricey, but the end result is fantastic. Keep up the good work! Beloved people rule! ;)

I ordered a Belovsie once and it arrived perfectly on time, like two weeks prox. I then decided to order a sweatshirt and, one month through the order, it didn't arrive. I e-mailed Beloved Shirts and had a quick response, they offered to help me track my order (because the tracking number they gave me said it was "non-existent") and, now two months already, I still don't have my package and no response of the last e-mail. Too bad, I really trusted this website.
