I acquired a beautiful painting by Alexander Tyunkin. The painting arrived quickly (18 days from Israel to Germany), well packaged, intact. I had to pay only a small local tax (15€). Very pleased, thank you!

Ben responded quickly to all of my questions and went out of his way to get the beautiful painting to me as soon as possible. He is very professional and kept me updated on every step of the process. I have been very impressed with the customer service and the care with which the painting was prepared and shipped. I plan on using the online gallery again and recommending it to friends.

Best communication, prompt service, honesty and of course, outstanding quality. It is rare nowadays that a business is more than a dry transaction, but rather a bridge between buyer and seller, which is a remembrance that business is actually between people. My experience dealing with Ben was outstanding.

The pandemic presents unique challenges for businesses and artists. Shipment was delayed in two countries as a result, but Ben communicated regularly through the process and the paintings arrived safe and as represented. I look forward to working with Ben again in the future.
