I like the lift although it was scratched in several places. The surcharge to get a color other than gray is ridiculous.

The company you authorized to repair our in warranty lift never has shown up. One excuse after another. I need this lift repaired

Horrible company. Yes their lift works and it does hold up my car. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If the lift comes damaged or any parts come damaged....good luck. They will throw you in a loop saying its the delivery group then the delivery group will blame it on Bendpak next thing you know...gotta fight it out. They sent me products that were bent and damaged and never did anything to help at all. I would seriously consider purchasing from another company if you plan on having a great experience

Two years ago, my Double Wide Suspension Lift was one of the first to be installed in the Southeast. We experienced some issues with the electrical wiring; both in the schematics and the instructions to users. As a result, I was forced to hire three different electricians, none of whom could get the electronics to work properly; primarily because the instructions were not clear. After some back and forth, Bendpak understood the issues and they corrected their instructions on the stop. I was impressed that they went the extra mile to have me review these updates before going public with the enhanced versions. Furthermore, I was compensated for this out of pocket expenses because of this issue. They stand behind their products and demonstrated excellent customer service.
