EXCELLENT 5-star resort options and packages! I have reward program accounts with numerous resorts in LV, AZ, CA and yet Boeing BENEPLACE still continues to amaze me. They offer rooms not available to the public and at highest discount rate possible. You can cancel, re-book, etc. Customer service is stellar! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a SCAM, After trying to adjust my reservation for chemotherapy during Christmas vacation Beneplace refused to help and told me to contact the Hotel, the hotel also refused to help in any way because the hotel was booked through a third party. Beneplace told me even if the hotel cancels the reservation there no guarantee that I'll receive a refund.

We apologize and can definitely understand you are trying to cancel. If the room is a non-refundable one there is a possibility, we are unable to obtain a refund from the hotel supplier. However, please provide us with the order number and we will gladly reach out to the supplier and see what can be done.

I made a hotel reservation on 11/29/22, but received advice from my physician on 12/6/22 that I should not travel. I called Beneplace (6533838) and asked what my options are and was told that I can not receive a refund or change my travel dates. I was told that their "partners" can't be reached to discuss a resolution. How is this possible? Nor are there any supervisors available to speak with. My access to Beneplace is provided through my employer and I have reported the issue to them. I will NOT EVER use Beneplace again.

We tried to look for an order for you but were unable to find one to see if anything else can be done. If a guest books a non-refundable hotel and needs to cancel, we have to reach out to the supplier and see if a refund can be given. The hotel can stand firms with their terms of sale and so can the supplier. We spend hours working on our guest's orders to see what can be done for them.
