Quick arrival and came in an easy to open package. Arrived in great condition

The rug arrived really quickly however it was not as I expected (a much shaggier style than it looked in the pictures). I asked if I could exchange and then had a huge number of emails back and forth and was quoted USD460 to return it. So prohibitive it made it impossible and was really painful to get that information. Such a shame. I assume it’s great if you love your rug but if it’s not what you expect them you are stuck with it anyway and they are not cheap.

We got our rug right away and it was even more beautiful in person than in the pics. Great quality and the rug pad was also of high quality and cut to measure. We couldn't be any happier with our experience than we are.

Bought a gift and very satisfied. Beautiful and affordable, good quality

Their products do not require any specific maintenance. And yet they retain their attractive appearance for a long time. This has been proven over the years.

Such a great experience! Love my rug and shipment was unbelievably quick!!
