Scam alert Be very careful, it’s scam website I don’t think they are in North America I booked a flight ticket that was resonanble, the next day they called saying that there was overbooking and only the available one is more than twice the price

After I booked, they told me it was a sale price so I only got a standby ticket. I needed a regular ticket so tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me. I didn't want to pay a fee when I didn't get what I tried to purchase (they never said it standby til after purchase was complete and they called to get me to upgrade to full ticket). They kept giving me the run around. I made a negative post. They finally responded and said they wouldn't give me my money back until I removed my post. They said if I made a positive post I wouldn't be charged the cancelation fee which I refused to do. Very dishonest.

Maria was very helpful in canceling my booking before I was charged. I will definitely keep them in mind for future bookings.

Ron was the agent that assisted me to get my flight tickets. He addressed all my issues and always make sure that I had everything I needed before I traveled. He made sure I got the best prices and gave me great advice on traveling tips. I really couldn't have done this without him Because I had such an issue with booking. My flight since I had multiple city destinations. He was able to handle all of that with care And professionalism, I am really happy. I was able to work with Ron. And I definitely will be calling him in the future.
