I called after a couple of days with no confirmation. My order hadn't processed. Person was super helpful and ended up changing to a better frame. Person helping made my day. Recieved order promptly. I'm 100% tickled with your product. People are noticing it. One even asked for your info. Hopefully a new customer. Thank you very much.

My license plate was bent. I’m going to use it because I could bend it back close to how it should be. I put in an approximate date as I couldn’t remember when I got it. I do not feel it was packaged very well!!

Hello Lucinda, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear that your license plate arrived bent. All of our packages are carefully packed before shipment; however, unfortunately damage can occasionally occur during transit with the carrier. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear you were able to bend it back close to its original shape. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to us directly. Best regards, Team, BestLicensePlateFrames.com

We have ordered from you before but I couldn’t remember the name of your company until I thought to look on the back of the current frame, so I ended up using another company and was extremely disappointed in the results. The frame itself was pretty thin and unappealing and instead of a true red for part of the flag, it came out more of a maroon, which looked terrible. We get frames every 5 years to commemorate our anniversary and this year was especially important as it is our 50th. I’m very thankful I found your site again.
