The last 17 times I used BestParking everything went fine. We park in midtown to see Broadway shows. We also park near our doctor's offices. So far, so good. I know BP & a few others are all owned by the same company but so what? It's the service that counts.

Saya mengalami kejadian yang cukup mengecewakan di area parkir Blok M Square yang dikelola oleh BestParking pada Sabtu, 25 Oktober 2025. Saya masuk sekitar pukul 15.00 dan baru bisa keluar hampir pukul 23.00 karena kemacetan panjang di basement. Sekitar pukul 19.00–20.00 sebenarnya kondisi jalan di luar (Jl. Melawai) sudah lancar, namun kendaraan di dalam gedung tetap tidak bisa bergerak. Selama waktu tersebut tidak ada petugas yang datang ke setiap lantai untuk memberikan informasi, arahan, atau solusi bagi para pengunjung yang terjebak. Saya berharap pihak BestParking dapat memperbaiki koordinasi dan komunikasi di lapangan, terutama dalam situasi darurat seperti kemacetan total di area parkir tertutup. Informasi dan kehadiran petugas sangat penting agar pengunjung tidak merasa ditinggalkan dan situasi bisa lebih terkendali. Ke depan semoga evaluasi ini bisa menjadi bahan perbaikan agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang dan pengalaman parkir di bawah pengelolaan BestParking menjadi lebih baik.

Mein Auto wurde beim Verteilerkreis Favoriten in Wien und wegen ein Halten-Parkverbot ageschleppt. Dabei wurden mir 545 EUR in Rechnung gebracht. EUR 395 Abschleppgebühr (lt Magistrag Wien Tarif EUR 301,-) und EUR 150,- Ersatzgebühr, für was?? Eine Erklärung fehlte und eine Beschwerde über die Webseite konnte ich nach mehreren Versuchen nicht abschicken

Parking reservation sites like this are basically a scam. The lots/garages are listed on multiple sites selling the same spots. Then, there is no one there to monitor the parking. You can pre-book a spot and arrive to a full lot because no one is technically “reserving” your space. They want you to book at a cheaper rate banking on you not filing for a refund. I would save yourself the trouble.

Definitely running a scam....we paid to park, they took the money from my account, then 2 weeks later sent a invoice and picture of my car saying I didn't pay and that I owe them $119. Of course, I have the proof I paid, but now have to deal with getting this fixed. I can see we are not the only people to have this problem. DO NOT NOT NOT USE THIS PARKING!

Da ich meine Karte verloren hatte, musste ich Ersatz zahlen. Bei der Transaktion war dann ein Fehler und ich musste nochmal den Betreiber informieren. 2.Abbuchung war korrekt, ein paar Tage später stellte ich fest, dass doch 2mal abgebucht worden war. Ich reklamierte- sowohl beim Betreiber, als auch bei meiner Bank. Alle Mitarbeiter der Garage Hoher Markt in Wien 1010 waren zuvorkommend, schnell erreichbar und hilfreich. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war der Betrag zurückgebucht. Vielen Dank!
