The technician did a great job and knew right away. What the problem was. This guy deserves a raise and a new work truck and a bigger office. Thanks again for sending them out.

Both Alec and Richard did a great job trouble shooting our system. although it is not fixed yet, I believe with there knowledge we are on the right track.

We had a new hot water heater installed. It had a factory defect that showed up after a couple days use. Best made several trips to correct the problem and drove several miles to get the correct new part. They kept us informed at each step and after 3 extra trips resolved the defect. They did not charge anything for all the extra trips and time.

I do miss a plumbing company that just charges you for parts and time spent working by the hour. These ridiculous prices for a job that takes an hour is just not acceptable. Gering Valley plumbing does the same thing. They put an incorrect flange under our toilet and it started leaking in less than 6 months ($750). At least Best Plumbing got the correct flange and did the job right. Was originally double charged for resetting the toilet and the flange to the tune of over $1200. They did remove the one charge for $386 when I complained, which i greatly appreciated. I just think that an hourly charge and the price of materials would be better than putting an outrageous price on work that really does not take that much time. This seems to be what most plumbing companies do at this time. I will keep looking for one that does not charge like this.
