Several phone calls
I made several phone calls before I finally got a successful order. I was not impressed with the speed of IT department to solve problems. Some customer service personnel were not very patient on the phone. There was a very good customer service staff who thought outside a box and solved problem for me right away. I appreciated her help. For this reason I give four stars.
