WORST Customer Service EVER!!!
I purchased the CLA and Lipodrene, and found that there was an ingredient in them that I am allergic to. So I called customer service, and was told that because they were opened I was screwed! I am sorry, but in what universe is that the right thing to tell a customer?!?! And then they very rudely hung up on me!! I WILL NEVER EVER purchase anything nor recommend this company to anyone I know ever!!!

I am going to look into this situation as we should have never hung up on you and it's unlike our customer service team to ever do anything like that. As for the opened bottles, they should have given you the option for an exchange on the product. It is in our terms and conditions though that we cannot give refunds after a bottle is opened. We would happily give you an exchange for a another product without the specific ingredient you are allergic to though.

1st Time Customer and Had a Great Experience
The website was easy to navigate. The special and clearance prices were amazing (their regular prices seem very competitive). Ordering/processing/shipping was trouble free and I had good email updates all through the process. Will definitely do business with BPN again.

My order
I think this site is a joke. I made a purchase of 2 products after waiting 2 weeks for them to be delivered I got an email stating they were on back order. This was after I had emailed to see where my order was ,then a week and a half later I was sent another email stating that part of my order had been canceled because of not having the product . So safe to say your Web site and your edicit simple blows and I'd never try to purchase a product from your company again ......
