Great prices long wait
I truly love the prices and selection bpn however the wait time to receive products on the west coast of seven days seems a bit long from just the Midwest. I can receive a letter in the mail from the east coast in 3 to 4 days

We do apologize it took extra long in the mail. I do see you ordered around 4pm on the 1st and it did ship out the very next morning. We are reviewing other shipping options which will hopefully improve delivery times like this.

charges
order item, didn't have enough of the item, went ahead and charged my account before it even shipped. Did get it corrected, but it should have never happened in the first place.
