Wanted to withdraw some money and CS blocked my withdrawal. They said there was suspicious activity on my account and that I had to upload my documents which it also states no KYC but yet I was told to verify my account. I uploaded my documents just for the Agent to tell me that I had to wait 24 hours for “a system” to approve my identity. Absolute absurd as this book is known for no KYC and yet that’s the first thing they ask for and the Agent can’t even verify my account manually even though they can see my documents.

False advertising, they say they offer boost token promos. For CFB I tried 6 different CFB games on the side only (lines were well inside the +200 -200) and all of them display "This Boost does not apply to one or more selections in your slip." Please try to explain to the owner that lying to your customers is not going to gain their trust. Very basic look at Amazon or Apple, what they advertise happens and is true.

4 months ago I requested a withdrawal, it was rejected and they requested me to send a bunch of documents that I rejected to do. Since they say they do not restrict or requires verification. They explained to me that kyc is only required if I participate in a promotion. I left a review here in trustpilot about my experience and I have been told that if I delete my review I will be able to withdraw with no kyc. I did that and I requested a withdrawal, 4 months later I haven’t received my withdrawal. They lied to my face made me remove the review and they never processed it. Since I have been contacting them everyday, and they never answered. They have no words, deceptive, support answers every 24h, no complaint process or regulations. I cant send pictures here but I have a whole communication with them asking me to delete reviews to withdraw and I did and nothing was done.
