Requested a cash-out after a decent win and Casino Betrivers just left it pending while support sent the same vague replies. Extra documents appeared only after the win. That’s why I tried AceBety.com. The payout side moved without the long silence and constant extra checks.

This app is a joke. I waited nearly 3 months while my account was in "review". I was asked multiple times to upload the same documents over and over again. During the time I was waiting I got a new driver's license so I even uploaded the new driver's license. Today, after 3 months of waiting I was asked to resubmit my social security card which I had already uploaded at least twice. It makes me wonder how secure their system is. Long story short, I never played in the casino or sportsbook. I just had them cancel my account completely. I wouldn't waste my time with this app.

Worst sports betting app ever! They don’t give you all your bonus spins that they promise you and customer service is no help they take there time writing back and when they do respond they act like they don’t know anything. The promotions are fake don’t waste your money

DO NOT BOTHER!!! Take your money somewhere else. I have never won any money with them. And my husband tried to make a new player account, the ID verification "failed", he then sent all the documentation they asked him for, including his Social Security card, and they CLOSED HIS ACCOUNT for no reason. And they wouldn't explain why. Worst experience I've had with any casino....so dont waste your time - go to Borgata, BetMGM, Fanduel, etc. They're 10x better.

Huge scam app, i have multiple casino apps and they are all reasonable win some lose some days. Net rivers i have never won once after almost $1000. You never get any bonus on slots and if you do you win like $3 on the whole bonus. I don't know how this casino is still open because it obviously rigging the payouts. This casino should be investigated.

It's the one of the worst experience I've ever seen like brogata app. Same issues and problems slot machines games keeps freezing and keep giving the same figures repeat and repeat and taking the money This is really bad business it's completely stealing money from customers. I've been playing Betrivers for years, probably close to 5 or 6. I went through the registration process no problem. I have made several deposits and several (yet less) withdrawals, no issues. I am a senior citizen who only plays on my laptop. I have now been told that I have to verify my ID via some program that is only available with a smartphone. I do NOT have a smart phone. I have asked them if I can upload documents, but apparently that is not good enough. I need to ask why. I am still me. The accepted my money and gave me my winnings with no issue, why all of a sudden do I have to do something that I simply do not have the capabilities to do?

I have nothing to do with gambling or gambling sites. A fraudulent account was setup on BetRivers using my information because the site doesn't do the bare minimum to verify the e-mail belongs to the creator- they should not be allowed to operate with security holes that big. It is willfully negligent on their part. I guess draining gamblers for all their worth isn't enough, so the company facilitates fraud to steal from people who don't gamble. The unverified account was used to steal money from my bank account. Support reps lie about opening tickets to investigate. They lie about locking the account. Supervisors lie, stonewall and disconnect. I spent my entire day starting around 5am trying to get assistance from chat and phone support, and a rep did not actually lock the account until 2:29pm, despite several reps claiming they had locked it and created a fraud claim. The entire experience seemed designed to prolong the existence of a fraudulent account, and I believe the only reason it was eventually locked and a fraud investigation maybe opened is because it was clear I was not going to drop this. I spent over 12 hours today being lied to and stonewalled by BetRivers support reps and supervisors. This company is lacking in integrity to a criminal degree and shouldn't be allowed to operate. I'm editing to say that the level of verification trustpilot required for me to submit this review was more verification that betrivers did. So beware, even if you don't associate with sites like this, you are still in danger of being robbed by them. Additional edit: Support told me they took money from my account without verifying the betrivers account. If that isn't beyond sketchy, I don't know what is.
