Better2know failed to deliver my day 2 corona test then refused a refund.this can be legal

Better2know is a very reliable and efficient interns of Covid test and result. I had a very bad experience with other company because they did not fulfilled what was promised but Better2know did exactly what was promised, got my kit on time and the result was available on time as well. Better2know customer service was excellent as well and instructions on their is not misleading at all. I would recommend Better2know for anybody who wants good customer service and fulfilled what was promised. I would use their service again when next I want to travel. I would avoid The Day 2&8 tests were useful and on time as they have described. But the problem is the Test To Release. I have chosen their service as it states "Please note that if your day 4 falls on Sunday, your kit will be sent the next working day". What it does not mention is that even if your day 5 is on any of the weekend days it will not get delivered till monday regardless. Meaning you do not receive your results until day 7-8. They also just try blame you for not paying attention when they could've just worded it better. But they didn't as they knew people would avoid buying their service

I will be honest, after reading some of the reviews I was terrified of using this company. However reviews from other companies are relatively the same. I ordered the 2 and 8 day tests for my husbands arrival from Jamacia. I ordered on the 7th June around 11.30pm, on arrival from the airport on the 9th the tests had arrived by Royal mail special delivery. We have completed both tests as specified and received notification of the results. I am grateful for the service and glad I chose them even after doubts and reading reviews. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Service is good and results are accurate. We couldn't ask for more.

Bought tests on Friday late afternoon as I was returning to the UK on Monday. Received the tests on Tuesday. Day 2 test was posted before 9am on the Wednesday, result was back on Thursday afternoon. Day 8 test was posted before 9am on the Tuesday of the following week, when I woke up on Thursday (day 10) the result was already in my inbox. If I ever needed/wanted to pay for a test and release Day 5 I would trust this provider to deliver.

I have used Better2know now since the start of the lockdown and the service that they provide is first class. The communication and rapid response from their team is outstanding. I would like to personally thank Louise Wright who has provided me with fantastic support when I needed it.
