I used Better2Know to get a Covid test for travel purposes. From the start they were excellent. Professional and reassuring throughout the process with a designated person to contact should you need any help at any time. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. My pack was delayed by Royal Mail, and the lab had only 24 hours to provide the results for my test as my flight was the next day. Better2Know provided the results at 22pm, allowing me to travel. I highly recommend the service , however if like me , require an urgent COVID test result, ensure that you allow for possible delays with Royal Mail!

Well things started very well. We booked our days 2 and 8 covid tests online and immediately got the confirmation emails etc. Then our flight was cancelled and we had to change to the next day. This is where Better2know completely lost the plot. Firstly they said that they didn't have a booking for my partner even though we had the email confirmation. Then they told me we had to cancel and re-book (ok if that's the rule that's the rule) and promised to immediately send a cancellation email to confirm which they never did. Finally when I called them again they struggled to figure out what was going on and just left me on hold...when they eventually came back on the line (with no real answer) they then refused to let me speak to the manager on duty. Like so many companies buying something is the easy part but when you really need them to do something for you they fail big time. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I would like to write a review for my very recent experience with Better2Know. I was looking for a Covid-19 antibody test on Internet, and found Better2Know as an option here, they have labs allover the UK, including here in Scotland. I called their HQ number and talked to a wonderful lady called Julia. Very rarely you get such a high standard of customer service, especially in recent years. Julia was not only very professional, she was hugely helpful, respectful and emphatic towards my situation. She asked all the right questions to ensure I am getting the correct test for what I needed, she also made recommendations with regards to the date of the test, to allow sufficient time over the Easter break. Unfortunately one day later I had to cancel my appointment, and then a new lady called Sara was as helpful and agreed to cancel my app, as she fully understood the reason for cancellation. I can only say Thank you again to the two wonderful ladies and congratulate Better2Know for the quality and professionalism of their staff. Well done.

Our tests came back fast and it was so easy to use! I highly recommend!

I wanted to check for COVID antibodies after vaccination. Bought tests from 2 companies in parallel. Cheap Roche one from Better2know and more expensive from London Medical Lab. Better2know showed no antibodies whatsoever. The other company showed a decent level as expected from having side effects. Asked for money back for wrong results (providing the evidence of another test). Rejected without explanation. They can tell you whatever but how can you trust the paperwork they send back to you?!
