I recently had to complete 2 x COVID tests to support international travel for work. Test kits were received promptly, instructions were clear and the results returned within the time frame as specified. Louise at Better2Know was very helpful responding to queries and assisting with additional information. 5* service.

I am happy to have chosen Better2Know as my test to release provider. Everything went according the plan and the results came back within 24hrs as opposed to the assumed 48. There is also a possibility to ask questions and being supported by them. I highly recommend.

Non-timely performance of tests. Unreliable information on company's terms and conditions. Inexplainable delays in answering queries and resolving problems. Non existent complaints policy on website or in terms&conditions. No ADR or ombudsman. When a customer sends a complaint email instead of investigating issue in good faith, the company replies with unfounded recriminations against the customer. Currently applying for legal resolution.
