I used this service for a Fit To Fly test!! My test arrived by mail perfectly and received my negative test by email in time to fly. I had good information on how to do the home testing and the timelines. They also followed up by email on all the steps. I will use this service again because where I live we have no Labs doing test locally.

I had a great experience with Better2Know. Ordered Covid PCR test online, received within two days, I called to ask when I should take the test and send it back in in reference to my departure date. They went above and beyond explaining all aspects. Customer service via email and phone was faultless. Sample was analysed, I received my test results in perfect time as I only had a 48 hour window from test analysis to arrival in Germany. Thank you, I will definitely be using your services again.

I booked a test & release at home COVID PCR test so I could shorten my post-travel self-isolation. I'm so impressed by this service: the test arrived at 11am on day 5 of my isolation, and I got the results the next morning!! I went for the 48h option, so I was thrilled with this unexpectedly fast turn-around. I did opt to courier my sample to the lab, as it's not expensive and I didn't want to risk the post-holiday Royal Mail busy-ness delaying my results. Highly recommend!

I can’t fault our experience with this company. Our PCR Covid tests arrived the next day and the results were similarly extremely fast. They have a call centre open 24 hours a day. I called them a few times with questions about the process, conformity of the test to international requirements and impact of Christmas. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Our Fit to Fly certificates were professional and we were waved through at departures. Big relief.

In this time of uncertainties and confusion, I'm very thankful of the reliable customer service of better2know. I had a miserable experience with another home covid kit and learned my lesson to inquire their logistics and operating times of their laboratories during the holidays before purchasing the PCR Covid kit for my flight to LA. Their website's chat feature was helpful and was available 24/7. Once I received the kit, Louise has been pro-active and responsive thru emails. I mailed it thru the Royal Mail and it was necessary to be aware of the priority postboxes and their collection times. I flew with BA and they accepted my fit to fly certificate.
