I have had so far good experience with my therapist. He listens and the app allows me to track times and dates that are suitable for the therapist and myself.

Great service, however there needs to be more transparency in billing and service.

I really like my therapist and I think she is doing a great job. She listens well, makes helpful suggestions, and provides necessary feedback. I can have a session every week for a monthly rate that is comparable to the hourly rates of many in-person therapists.

I used BetterHelp for about a year. I enjoyed my sessions. They are very convenient. But, expensive, I switched to my private insurance and saved quite a bit of money.

I really enjoy the therapist I am paired with. The only complaint about the app is that it is expensive and not covered by insurance. It’s a quid pro quo in terms of getting quality but at a cost so I can’t argue there.

Convenient and easy therapy for working through difficult situation. The customer support has been excellent as well. Transparently I had trouble matching with a therapist i liked but the support team gave me a few weeks of free service and a hand selected list of therapists who might better fit my criteria. The ease of use of the app and highly compassionate customer service have been a highlight!

Customer service is usually very fast getting back to you. I had a special request to change therapist for a specific one that a friend recommended to me, and the staff went beyond and above to help me. I really appreciated it. Thanks so much! Pricing can be set to pay monthly or weekly, for a different fee. I think it's nice to offer the choice so that people can adapt to their budget. I also appreciate that they offer a discount when we become unemployed. It really helps.

Better Help has been an absolute saviour for my mental health. I was struggling with constant anxiety and low self-esteem; the platform helped me to find the perfect therapist for my needs. He understands me like no one else, and now I feel so much healing and peace. However, there were some connection issues sometimes and maybe schedule issues as well, so I gave it a 4/5 rating. But overall, I don't expect it to be perfect as long as it is helping me with my mental health. Lastly, I would highly recommend BetterHelp; give it a try with your honest faith, and you will not regret it!!
