Prosper Health made it very simple to connect with a Clinical Psychologist for an assessment. They were very professional and gave me plenty of follow ups throughout the process.

Had two assessment sessions, was scheduled for a third to finish up and then my appointment was canceled because the assessor left the company? My appointment was only a week away. It all feels weird and I feel a bit betrayed that I opened up to someone and they bailed with potentially useful information, knowing this would be a disruption. I’ve conceded to finishing with a new psychologist but I’m skeptical and almost cynical of how this proceeds now. Will update

My whole experience was easy and straightforward from the start. I found the assessment to be very thorough and my assessor was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. It felt great to finally get some answers and learn more about myself!

They were patient and accommodating as much as they can. They checked up on you during the evaluation to make sure if you needed a break or was ok to keep going. Also, they were compassionate and understood that the evaluation was long, so they told you when it was almost over. They also have some resources. 10/10!
