Better Med was 100% better than Patient…
Better Med was 100% better than Patient First. Everyone from the nurse, lab tech and especially the doctor were great l!! The doctor took her time with me & was very thorough. The rooms were clean and PRIVATE with an actual door not a nasty curtain. I will never return to PF if I can help it.

Service was good and the PA was…
Service was good and the PA was awesome, but I was told it would take 15 minutes after my COVID test and I set there for almost an hour waiting for them to deliver my results.

My telehealth appointment was canceled…
My telehealth appointment was canceled because of the reason, and I was able to promptly be seen by Patient First Telehealth for the exact same reason with no issues. A waste of time.
