COVID Test
I had to get a COVID test and it was easy to make an appointment and I was in and out very quickly. Great staff!

Staff were helpful and tried to be…
Staff were helpful and tried to be flexible with me. I came in rather late during their day (19:40) when they were closing at 20:00. They still managed to see me and made time to complete my rapid test for COVID-19 though they warned me that in the future they wouldn't do that when it is so close to closing. My only problem is that the NP didn't take any extra time for education about what to do once I detected positive.

Friendly well run facility.
The staff was very friendly. They seemed to be interested in maintaining their well run organization. The lady who came to describe my testing made sure I understood the results and inquired about my symptoms further and spoke of a plan moving forward. I thought “that was nice” and somewhat unexpected. Thank you guys.

Fast friendly service.
Fast friendly service. Everyone at Better Med in Prince George were caring, curtious, and organized. I was in and out in no time.
