charging office visit for a covid test. Don't do that.
Took my two children there for Covid Testing. According to my insurance company there should have been no charge for the covid testing but Better Med charged me $173 not for the covid test but for an office visit. My child went into a room, a nurse came in and administered the test. I think it is really wrong, especialy in this pandemic to charge folks for an office visit when a doctor DID Not come in and perform any type of review or analysis on my child.

Great experience
My husband and I were tested at the Short Pump location. Has an appointment and everything was on schedule. Staff very friendly- facility was very clean.

This is the best place to go for urgent care
This is the best place to go for urgent care -you do not have to wait a long time to be seen —they’re knowledgeable, they’re nice ,take care of your needs quickly and efficiently and everybody there seems to enjoy their job
