BetterMed Experience Review
The facility was extremely clean, and the PA responded to my room within minutes of arriving. I appreciate the fact that when my first antibiotic was unsuccessful, I didn’t have to come back in for the physician to write me a stronger prescription to help relieve my sinus infection. However, I had to call BetterMed as I did not get a reply through the patient portal after two days. That was irritating when I suffered for two extra days trying to be patient for the provider to respond in a reasonable amount of time. I was grateful however that my time wasn’t spent going back to the doctors office. The staff need to be more mindful of messages sent to the provider. For this reason, I gave BetterMed four stars.

Very good care
The staff was responsive and caring. Saved my life basically.

Be diligent and do research
BetterMed doesn't consider your insurance plan when they give you prescriptions or recommendations to specialists. Be diligent and do research on what they recommend and if it's in your network or not.
